WeWhisp is built with a simple principle: collect as little data as possible and use it with care. This page explains what information we collect on wewhisp.com and why.

1) What data we collect

On this website, we may collect:

Email address — only if you choose to join the waiting list / receive launch updates.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any sensitive personal information.

2) Why we collect it

Your email is used only to:

Send WeWhisp launch updates (including Kickstarter launch notifications)
Offer early access information (e.g., TestFlight invitations) when available

3) Legal basis

We process your email based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.

4) Email service provider

The waiting list form on this site is powered by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). When you submit your email, it is processed and stored by Brevo in order to deliver the subscription service.

5) Data retention

We keep your email only for as long as needed to provide launch updates, or until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.

6) Sharing of data

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for advertising. Your email may only be processed by the email provider mentioned above (Brevo) for delivery purposes.

7) Cookies & analytics

WeWhisp.com does not intentionally use tracking cookies for advertising. However, embedded services (such as the subscription form) may set technical cookies needed to function correctly.

8) Your rights (GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access your data
Correct your data
Request deletion
Withdraw consent
Request a copy of your data

9) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to minimize risk by collecting minimal data.
